Never in my life have I wished I had a boy, yet was also very thankful for my little girls all at the same time! These guys know how to keep a photographer on her toes! We had such a great time playing around the fountain in Hyde Park and exploring the vintage phone booth and store fronts of Hyde Park Village. We even took a dance break in front of Restoration Hardware (courtesy of Christian). That’s what happens when these cousins get together for an afternoon of photos. I’m so pleased that I was able to capture their special bond and each of their individual personalities perfectly. Thanks to their Momma’s for helping me wrangle this bunch! -Alaina
I’ve been photographing this little one since she was a teeny, tiny Sweet P. She and I have always had too much fun during our sessions. This day, I was thrilled to have been asked to do a newborn photography session for her brand new baby sister. We were mid-session and while her 7 day old sister was being fed and cuddled, Sweet Piper jumped down onto my setup and began smiling for me…birthday suit and all. I certainly could not say no to this face or fanny, could you?! She’s a natural. Some of my favorite shots of all time are the impromptu ones. Thanks P!!
I had so much fun with this little slugger and his vacationing family this evening. They are from, were else??? BOSTON! I knew we would have to represent some Red Socks the moment I spoke to his mother. I was able to capture some really sweet shots of him tossing the ball to me. This guy has a strong arm for just one year old. A future pitcher? Maybe! Thank you, Julie and Kenny for inviting me to capture such sweet moments with your little guy!
I had the pleasure of meeting this sweet family at their beach rental yesterday evening for a beach vacation photography session. Indian Rocks beach was the perfect backdrop for their first family photo session and I was flattered to do the honors! I wanted to share this sneak peek, as it illustrates the importance of wardrobe selection and color schemes. This Momma did an amazing job at keeping the patterns minimal yet the colors varied, which added some visual interest to their beach portraits. Well done, Erin!
